Pastor J. Keith Broyles

Our Pastor

Our pastor, Dr. J. Keith Broyles came to us in June of 2008 after serving three years at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Santa Fe, Texas. Keith, also known as "Papa Preach" has served various appointments around the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church since 1991.

A native of Pasadena, Texas, Keith holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from San Jacinto College. He earned Bachelor of Science degree at Sam Houston State University in Huntsvile, Texas. Keith received a Master of Divinity degree from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Carolina University of Theology in Iron Station North Carolina.

Keith and his wife Cindy have two grown sons. Wayne, his wife Nikki and their sons, Kaleb and Noah live in the San Diego California area. Christopher, his wife Morgan, and their daughter Jenna live in Tyler, Texas.

Keith is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Navy.
